WPP's specialist growth consultancy Kantar Consulting has opened a Retail, Sales & Shopper practice in Singapore, and has hired three new members for the team.
Employing more than 1000 analysts, thought leaders, software developers and expert consultants Kantar Consulting forecasts social, cultural and consumer trends to help clients develop and execute marketing and sales strategies. The firm tracks 1200 retailers globally, and has purchase data on over 200 million shoppers.
In Singapore, the regional practice is led by Lies Elllson-Davis (pictured), who previously worked at P&G, PepsiCo and retail consultancy Glendinning, and spent the past eight years at dairy cooperative Friesland Campina in a number of senior leadership roles, including Global Chief Commercial Officer. She is joined by Senior Director David Heijkoop, and Marc Delbos as Associate Director: Heijkoop also spent the past eight years at Friesland Campina, serving as Channel Development Director for Specialised Nutrition, with a focus on Greater China; while Delbos spent most of his career at Red Bull, where he served as Regional Trade Marketing Lead for SE Asia and Sales Manager for Hong Kong.
