New York-based ad targeting tech specialist AppNexus has announced plans to hire 60 new employees for its services, commercial and other functional teams across Europe, including the big five economies.
The company's software uses data and machine learning to deliver intelligent and customized campaigns, and includes the Yieldex Analytics solution, which helps publishers manage, forecast, package and price their digital inventory to improve yield and maximize revenue across channels.
Acquired by telecoms giant AT&T last summer, AppNexus is now part of the group's advertising and analytics company, Xandr. AppNexus says its investment in new staff will support the growth of its business in the EMEA region, and that it seeks to grow regional teams by investing in the training and development of local workforces, while increasing opportunities for women and other under-represented groups in the technology industry.
