SRAXmd Relaunches as TI Health

March 15 2019

US healthcare and pharmaceutical ad targeting and data business SRAXmd has been re-launched under the new name TI Health, following its $33.5m cash sale to a group of investors by consumer data platform SRAX.

Erin DeRuggiero and Dustin SuchterHeadquartered in New York and with offices in Santa Monica, CA and Minneapolis, MN, TI Healthuses proprietary data science to deliver messaging to healthcare professionals and consumers. The company can also deliver ads to the handheld devices of healthcare professionals when they are in the vicinity of a practice or point of care location, in response to targeted data feeds.

The relaunched firm is led by SRAXmd founder and former Chief Innovations Officer Erin DeRuggiero, who now serves as TI Health's co-President and Chief Commercial Officer; and SRAXmd's former co-President and CTO Dustin Suchter, who continues with the same job title. Bruce Eatroff, Managing Partner of investor Halyard Capital, said his company is 'thrilled' to support DeRuggiero, Suchter and the entire TI Health team, following their move from a subsidiary of a public company to an independent, data-driven, healthcare marketing company.

Commenting on the re-launch, DeRuggiero said: 'Our new name represents much more than a new identity design. The TI Health product suite allows messaging to consumers and professionals before a diagnostic event takes place. As a result, not only does our company drive ROI on marketing campaigns, we also impact patient outcomes by getting the right message to the right person at precisely the right moment'.
