Kadence Hires Global Marketing Head

In London, research agency Kadence International has hired former Decidedly exec Emma Muckersie in the new role of Head of Global Marketing, and Kim Adjei as an Insight Manager.

Kim Adjei and Emma MuckersieKadence was acquired by full service Japanese MR group CMG (Cross Marketing Group) in 2014, and has continued to expand rapidly since, with new offices in China and the Philippines, and in New York, and a significant increase in headcount in London. It also has locations in India, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Hong Kong.

Muckersie (pictured right) will draw on six years of experience in the sector, all from Freshminds / Decidedly and spanning content strategy development, branding and digital marketing. Adjei (left) joins from clothing retailer ASOS, where she worked for two and a half years on qual and quant international research projects.

UK MD Greg Clayton says both new arrivals 'combine a rich set of experiences with an innate energy and desire to make a mark'. He adds: 'We've been looking for a great Head of Global Marketing for a while - and are excited to have brought Emma on board. Similarly, Kim's background in online fashion retail and media fits with our ever-growing client-base'.
