Acquisition for SAPinsider Owner Wellesley

In Massachusetts, enterprise software market intelligence firm Wellesley Information Services (WIS) has acquired the Service Council, a community and information platform, boosting its Insider communities offering.

WIS, which since November last year is 100% owned by JAZ'D! Advisors Investment Corporation, specializes in SAP users and solutions, and boasts the largest global independent membership site for the former, SAPinsider. The acquisition extends its strong position leading discussions about selecting, implementing, integrating and operating enterprise technology solutions.

The Service Council, whose CEO John Carroll will join WIS' Leadership Team as Chief Revenue Officer, provides research and data for clients to benchmark their organizations against service leaders; community membership; and analysis and insight on trends impacting service and customer support strategies.
