Nielsen to Roll Out Marketing Cloud in Australia

Nielsen is rolling out its Marketing Cloud in Australia, to help clients digitally profile and activate their audiences across Nielsen's 86 categories and groups, as well as across the firm's understanding of consumers' attitudes, intentions, demographics and media behaviour.

Ranjeet LaunganiFirst introduced in 2016, the Nielsen Marketing Cloud helps clients deliver targeted promotional and engagement initiatives to their customers across multiple platforms, by integrating Nielsen's consumer and media data with marketing activation and analytics applications. This solution offers a data management platform with proprietary Nielsen data sets, including Nielsen Homescan and Nielsen Consumer & Media View.

Commenting on the roll out, Ranjeet Laungani (pictured), Asia Pacific Commercial Leader, Nielsen Marketing Cloud, said: 'Australia is our tenth market globally and the third market in the Asia Pacific region. Globally we have helped brands and publishers plan, activate, and analyse audiences on the back of rich, behavioural, and purchase-based datasets that only Nielsen can offer.'
