The Insight Show Becomes Part of Festival of Marketing

May 1 2019

Xeim, the marcoms division of Centaur Media, has announced that its Festival of Marketing event will expand to incorporate the Insight Show and Marketing Week Live - both of which will cease to run as stand-alone events.

Steve NewboldTaking place on 10-11 October 2019 at Tobacco Dock, London, the Festival of Marketing will bring together more than 250 speakers across twelve stages, with its organisers promising a 360-degree view of the marketing landscape. The event has previously attracted over 4,000 senior marketers - with 86% of Festival delegates being of management level or above and holding purchasing responsibility or influence.

October's show will offer two stages dedicated to data, insight and marketing intelligence. The 'Effectiveness and Data Stage' will examine areas such as measuring marketing effectiveness, real-time data, predictive analytics and data-driven marketing; while the 'Insight and Marketing Intelligence Stage' will focus on understanding behaviour, who 'owns' insight, creating effective strategies, consumer psychology, behavioural economics and neuroscience. In addition, the Festival will be working with both AURA (the networking forum for clientside insight professionals) and the MRS (the Market Research Society) to 'maximise the migration' of the Insight Show, and ensure that the topics relating to the research and analytics sector are covered as part of the agenda.

Steve Newbold (pictured), Xeim's Group MD, comments: 'Festival of Marketing offers a much richer and more commercially valuable experience for our customers than a traditional trade exhibition. By combining our market-leading events under one roof we can add more value for our delegates and commercial partners.'
