Batterii Introduces Consumer Co-Creation App

May 29 2019

Consumer insights and innovation platform Batterii has launched a co-creation app, through which users can record video responses to company questions, details about product in-usage experiences, consumer shopping journeys, and home research.

Chad ReynoldsBatterii brings together consumers, experts, and a studio of collaboration tools to help accelerate co-creation initiatives. Its new Mobile Mission App, which the firm says has been designed to replace traditional consumer research and eliminate the need for focus groups, can be used to send copy to consumers via their mobile phones to elicit reactions, with response generated within 24 to 48 hours. It also enables users to capture photos, and it offers a number of quick survey tools.

CEO and founder Chad Reynolds (pictured) comments: 'The qualitative research field is ripe for disruption. The democratization of research, willingness of consumers to freely share their intimate insights, and the mass adoption of mobile creates a unique environment to game-change. Our new Mobile Mission App showcases our commitment to providing quality, fast, and authentic consumer co-creation, allowing our corporate clients to continue confidently launching disruptive innovation.'
