Dynata Promotes Zimmerman to Lead CATI Services

In the US, online sampling and digital data collection company Dynata has promoted Yaron Zimmerman to the role of General Manager, CATI Services.

Dynata (formerly known as Research Now SSI) provides online panel data and tech-based research solutions based on opted-in data. The firm's global CATI team (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) conducts more than six million telephone interviews annually - both B2B and B2C - through seven call-centers, supported by over 2,000 employees, for polling, customer satisfaction and other market research studies.

Zimmerman (pictured) joined in 2014 as Director, Corporate Planning & Initiatives, and most recently served as Head of Integration, leading the merger of Research Now and SSI. He was previously Chief of Staff, acting as adviser to the CEO and senior management team.

In his new role, he will deploy new products that integrate Dynata's telephone interviewing and online data gathering capabilities, while using its first-party data and proprietary software. Commenting on his promotion, Zimmerman said he is looking forward to speeding up the development and expansion of the firm's CATI solutions to meet customers' needs.
