Motif Names New Head of Qualitative

London-based loyalty insights agency Motif has appointed long-time ABA Research exec Nat Hester as Head of Qualitative.

Nat HesterThe company, which also has offices in Bristol and Edinburgh and until recently, was known as Network Research, specialises in understanding how businesses can commercialise loyalty across all industry sectors. Using its Loyalty Landscape Framework, Motif helps businesses interpret loyalty and find new ways of unlocking growth, as well as nurturing closer relationships with customers.

Hester (pictured) joins from boutique MR agency Razor Research, where he served as Research Director; prior to which, he spent sixteen years at full-service agency ABA Research; latterly as Head of a business unit, leading a team which delivered commercial insights to clients. He joined ABA in 2002 as Research Director, before moving into the position of Client Services Director. Earlier, Hester was a Field Manager at Field Initiatives.
