ITWP, the parent company of Toluna, Harris Interactive Europe and KuRunData, has hired Michele Morelli as SVP of Global Marketing Strategy; promoted Tsahi Ben-Yosef to SVP of Product Innovation; and promoted Mathilde Lelievre to EVP of Global Operations.
The group says the newly expanded team 'provides extensive expertise on coupling strategy, supply and product' to support the continued growth and innovation of all ITWP companies.
Morelli (pictured) joins from Prudential, where she led the Direct Customer Engagement LEAP initiative and was responsible for transforming the firm's approach to building relationships with prospective clients. Prior to this she worked at AOL, in senior roles including leadership of global b2b and b2c go-to-market strategy. Her new role includes leading marketing initiatives for the group internationally, owning, developing and spearheading global marketing strategy, and identifying opportunities to reach new markets.
Lelievre joined Toluna in 2005 and has grown her team from three employees in a single location to over 700 team members internationally, also helping to define and implement the company's operations strategy and with due diligence and integration of four acquisitions. She is now charged with improving clients' experience through the development and implementation of a client centric structure, as well as supporting and completing sales efforts.
Ben-Yosef has fifteen years' experience of technology innovation and execution, and will now focus on Global ITWP Product Strategy, based on a data-driven model and a user-centric focus. As an entrepreneur, his two start-ups included Crossence, acquired by Toluna in 2016, which specialised in cross-device passive measurement solution. He is now responsible for driving the group's end-to-end platform strategy and roadmap across 24 offices in 4 regions.
