SHC Adds New Tools, Integrates Offer

August 23 2019

US-based pharma and Healthcare research and data firm SHC has added two new apps - PM Assist and Email Relay - to its offer, and bundled them with existing services in a new suite called HealthTech AMP.

SHC Adds New Tools, Integrates OfferAlso known as SurveyHealthcare, the company had three existing 'core technologies': panel management and supplemental sampling tool HUB; data integrity product Authentic ID, which spots duplicatere sponses and false positives; and list matching technology List Mirror, which uses third party sources and the firm's own socio-demographic panel to optimise client sample.

One new tool, PM Assist, is used by SHC project managers to schedule automated study updates to all clients, internal contacts and additional partners, giving a more efficient, streamlined correspondence throughout the fielding process. The other, Email Relay, allows clients to communicate with respondents while maintaining complete anonymity, using a unique alias generated in place of the respondent's actual email address.

HealthTech AMP integrates the five tools into one proprietary technology platform, and is used by SHC's own internal teams on every project. Teams can incorporate any of the applications, as needed, any time throughout the lifecycle of the study, in order to ensure a faster, smoother, and more efficient fielding process.

The firm has made a number of senior hires geared towards European expansion over the past twelve months, including Fabio Musumeci, Tamara Burke and Michela Gonano and Lena Belz.
