Dan Hess, former Comscore Chief Product Officer, has joined retail data specialist The NPD Group to lead its global product development and management.
Hess (pictured) recently left Comscore after three years of a second stint with the firm. Earlier, he co-founded predictive modeling and personalization platform Local Offer Network (later acquired by Catalina Marketing) and founded customer service advisory business Thought Motor. Before this, he spent six years at Comscore, as part of the original team, and he worked for IRI in various product, commercial, and operational leadership roles for nearly a decade.
