Growth Funds for Call Center Analyst Cogito

In the US, call center emotion analyst Cogito has raised $20m in a round of growth equity funding, which it will use to further develop its offering and expand into new industry segments.

Joshua FeastCogito applies behavioural science through artificial intelligence and machine learning, analyzing conversations to provide in-call guidance and assess call center customer service satisfaction in real time. New funding has been led by new investors including New York Life Ventures, with continued participation from existing investors, including Salesforce Ventures and Goldman Sachs Growth Equity (GS Growth). The latest investment brings Cogito's total raised to date to nearly $100m.
