North American full service agency Reach3 Insights has appointed Steven Spencer-Steigner as SVP Qualitative Strategy, charged with leading deliver of strategic qual work as well as expanding the company's range of solutions.
Spencer-Steigner is based in San Francisco and has two decades of experience in the MR industry, most recently from Maru/Matchbox where he was an SVP.
The company, which combines immersive, in-the-moment research designs and dynamic digital storytelling, recently opened a Los Angeles office, and says it plans to launch in New York 'in the next few months'. Two weeks ago it hired Melva Benoit for the newly created position as Head of Media and Entertainment, tasked with leading the firm's presence on the West Coast and leading in LA.
Led by CEO Matt Kleinschmit, Reach3 is part of the recently-formed Reid Campbell Group, and a sister company to Rival Technologies.
