Kantar has appointed Dolly DeNyse and Amy Fenton to its North American leadership team as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Client Officer respectively.
DeNyse will drive Kantar North America's sales strategy and new business development across its portfolio, managing business development resources and talent. She is promoted from Chief Sales & Development Officer for the Insights Division, where she led strategic prospect planning, business development and sales, as well as settling in new clients. She has more than twenty years of experience in sales, marketing and operations, having joined Kantar in 2006 after a spell as VP Channels at Invoke Solutions. She holds MBAs from Columbia Business School and London Business School, and a BFA from Louisiana State University.
Fenton will drive North American business growth strategy and activation across top clients and prospective customers, serving as the 'voice of the client'; and will develop and lead the Kantar North America client partner organization. She has served as Chief Client Officer for the Insights division in North America since joining Kantar this year, and before that was CMO at Ipsos North America for two years. She started her career at Procter & Gamble, joined BASES in 1991 and then moved to its parent company Nielsen in 2007, staying for nine years in SVP and MD roles. Her experience includes building and leading operations worldwide, and establishing company ecosystems focused on attracting, retaining and encouraging / developing female talent. She holds a BSBA in Marketing from Xavier University, an Executive Education degree in Strategy & Shared Value from Harvard University, and a certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.
