MR software provider FocusVision has enhanced its Decipher survey platform with the addition of several new capabilities, including the ability to upload a Microsoft Word questionnaire straight into Decipher without changing the file format or adding any syntax.
Established in 1992 as a pioneer of live-stream focus groups, FocusVision has made a large number of acquisitions in the last five years, including quant MR tech firm Decipher. In August, the company updated its Decipher survey platform with the addition of an automated solution called Sample Marketplace, which connects researchers with survey sample providers within the platform itself.
Through the latest enhancements, users can create and collaborate on their questionnaire in Word, then upload the document to Decipher without any additional formatting or the specialized syntax required in other import features. Once the Word document is uploaded, Decipher's AI-driven technology suggests the right question types and format to deliver the best results from a survey. This eliminates the process of manually creating and inputting survey questions, speeding up the process and freeing insights professionals to spend more time on analysis, the firm says. New features also include ready-to-use survey templates, for use in NPS, employee satisfaction and brand studies.
