LRW Makes 5th Acquisition of the Year

LA-based research agency LRW Group has acquired digital marketing and innovation agency T3, based in Austin, TX and with more than 200 employees.

Dave SackmanLRW Group operates two core divisions - Perspective and Action, and includes companies LRW, Kelton Global, ISA, LRWTonic, LRWMotiveQuest, LRWGreenberg, Strativity, Killer Visual Strategies, Karma Agency, Salt Branding and icanmakeitbetter. The group also has offices or facilities in ten other US cities and in London.

T3 is headquartered in Austin with presences in New York, San Francisco and Atlanta, and focuses on brand design, product design and 'modern loyalty'. This is LRW's fifth acquisition of 2019, following California-based research consultancy Greenberg Strategy and visual communication agency Killer Visual Strategies, earlier in the year, and branding agency Salt and communications firm Karma Agency last month.

T3 will join the Action Division, which helps businesses apply insights to activate branding and marketing. Company President Ben Gaddis will continue to oversee the agency's day-to-day operations, and will assume the CEO role from founder Gay Gaddis.
