Reputation House Debuts ION Brand Evaluation App

Hong Kong-based brand protection agency The Reputation House has launched a reputation management app called ION, through which corporate clients can analyze public opinion online.

Nikita Prokhorov and Dima SirodinFounded in 2010, Reputation House focuses on nurturing brand advocates and fans on the web, and fighting negative comments about clients' brands, using a range of services which includes Internet marketing, reputation management, political PR, SEO, SMM, development and promotion. Available for iOS and Android, ION allows users to analyze the tonality of online references made about a specific brand and derive results on public perception.

Users can take action in crisis situations and manage negative opinions; while 'image threatening situations' can be identified and dealt with before they spread online and damage brand reputations. The application includes a range of information filters which sort online data flows on selected brands by source, language, date and other parameters. ION also provides a dashboard through which users can customize alerts to events by specifying keywords to search for online.

Company founders Nikita Prokhorov and Dima Sirodin say the launch is 'an important step for expansion into more reputation management market niches', adding that the company has recently opened a representative office in Hong Kong.
