Property intelligence firm Reonomy has announced a partnership with data and marketing solutions provider Infogroup, adding the latter's data on 315m individuals and 24m businesses to the former's database of commercial properties.

Andrew BloomNew York-based Reonomy was established in 2013 and combines big data, partnerships and machine learning to provide property intelligence for individuals, teams and companies - primarily professionals in the commercial real estate industry. Its platform organises and cleans fragmented real estate data using machine learning, to give a holistic view of any given commercial property including its sales and debt history, record of ownership, tenant information and property details. A recent $60m Series D financing round brings the company's total funding to date to $128m.

Infogroup, a former owner of research firm ORC International, combines cloud-based 'Data Axle' technology giving real-time updates to business and consumer data, with a real-time API delivery platform for custom use.

Reonomy CEO and co-founder Rich Sarkis comments: 'Competition in the commercial real estate industry is at an all-time high. By marrying our data with Infogroup's rich consumer and business insights, our clients can now spend less time searching for accurate information and more time focusing on growing their bottom line'.

Andrew Bloom (pictured), Chief Commercial Officer at Infogroup says the firms are 'joining forces as data powerhouses to connect dots for the end-user and enable better decision-making'.
