YouGov Debuts Consumer Advocacy Tool Recommend+

YouGov has launched a consumer advocacy solution called Recommend+, to provide brands with data about the attitudes and behaviour of existing and potential brand 'promoters'.

Stephan ShakespeareRecommend+ offers an NPS (Net Promoter Score) diagnostics approach to help marketers identify what drives consumer advocacy. The solution allows marketers to evaluate the importance of factors such as brand image, brand values, emotion and consumer personality, so they can determine whether someone is likely to recommend a brand or not.

Based on YouGov's data, utilising both in-depth insights from the firm's syndicated products as well as bespoke fast-turnaround custom research, Recommend+ enables brands to understand how effectively they are resonating with consumers - both as visible propositions and across the area of corporate social responsibility. It will initially be available in the US, UK and Germany, but will roll out in other markets in due course.
