Cision Launches Earned Media Measures

In the US, media intelligence and communications specialist Cision has launched new 'article-level' data capabilities, helping users to understand how audiences consume earned media.

Brendon O'DonovanCision's software allows users to identify key influencers, develop and distribute content, and measure campaign impact. The new options add to Cision's Impact solutions, designed to identify and retarget earned media audiences, and allow measurement of earned media impact using the same performance benchmarks as owned and paid media.

Article-level data enables clients to understand which journalists and publications drive the largest readership, while providing the same data for competitors' coverage and allowing benchmarking against them. Clients can also monitor industry trends, measure content performance, and evaluate crisis risk.
