Infogroup Debuts AI-led Customer Acquisition Platform

Data and marketing solutions provider Infogroup has launched an Acquisition Platform, which sifts through more than 140 million B2B and B2C prospects' records available through the firm's Data Axle platform, and then uses an individual's known previous behavior to optimize e-mail campaigns.

Michael IaccarinoWith data on 74 million consumers and 72 million businesses, the new platform's decision engine uses artificial intelligence and real-time, third-party data in a single platform to provide pre- and post-campaign deployment recommendations, and optimize segmentation and targeting. Services include inbox placement measurement, campaign monitoring, deployment strategies, and issue resolution if a mailing is blocked or blacklisted.
