Zeta Launches Post-Covid Opportunity Explorer

New York-based marketing tech company Zeta Global has launched a real-time analytics and insights solution called Opportunity Explorer, designed to help marketers identify, segment and act on business growth opportunities arising post-Covid.

David SteinbergZeta combines a proprietary consumer data set comprising 'more than 2.4 billion' identities (of which 750 million are deterministic) with artificial intelligence to uncover consumer intent, personalize experiences and drive business growth. The new Opportunity Explorer takes in demographic, behavioral and location data from this, integrates it in real time and creates a customizable, interactive display of 'actionable insights'.

The solution provides marketers with two customizable views: 'Market Insights', offering a 'holistic' view of macro-level industry intelligence, trending interests, and consumption patterns across products and competitors; and ad targeting-focused 'Consumer Insights', which promises to optimise ad spend with messages personalised by content, channel and time.
