Seventy Hired since Lockdown for dunnhumby India

Customer data pioneer dunnhumby has expanded its India leadership team, adding three industry veterans: Finance Director Dipti Bhatia, Director of Media Products Sourabh Sharma and Director of Technology and Operations Sai Prakash Dilipkumar.

Dipti Bhatia, Sourabh Sharma and Sai Prakash Dilipkumardunnhumby says as soon as the lockdown was announced, its entire staff started working from home, and that in recent weeks more than 70 people, including these three, have joined the company's India arm via online 'onboarding'. The firm has more than 640 employees in India, from a global total of some 2,500 - and continues to expand. The office was established in 2008 as a hub for data engineering, data science and product development.

Bhatia (pictured left) joins with more than 22 years' experience as a senior finance leader, including leadership roles at Philips, SC Johnson, Agilent Technologies and Honeywell.

Sharma (centre) brings more than sixteen years of experience across product management, consulting and technology, including time at Droom.in, Aeris Communications, NTT Data and Infosys Technologies.

Dilipkumar (right) is a former country head of SunGard Availability Services, and has worked in digital transformation and process excellence for around seventeen years. His past employers include ZS Associates and Symantec.
