Magid Hires Hernandez as SVP of Qual

US-based strategy and custom research company Magid has appointed Rob Hernandez as Senior Vice President of Qualitative Research, Consumer & Commercial Brands.

Rob HernandezThe company, which was founded by television 'news doctor' Frank N. Magid in 1957, studies how human behavior is affected by content and advertising across traditional and new media platforms. Hernandez (pictured) joins after a year at MR and custom analytics firm GBH Insights, where he served as SVP of Research & Insights in the Chicago office. Prior to this he worked for Ipsos as SVP, Sector Lead for CPG and Financial Services clients; after time as EVP of Consulting at GfK, leading the Innovation and Qual practices. Earlier, he spent more than a decade at Firefly Millward Brown, latterly as a Consultant, and he was President of Brand Insight Group.
