August 14 2020

US and Israel-based business data as a service (DaaS) platform K2View has raised $28m in a new funding round, which it will use to accelerate its growth and expansion in the 'DataOps' market.

Achi RotemK2View, which operates from offices in Dallas and Tel Aviv, has developed a solution called Fabric, using patented technology to secure access and control of all an organization's data, regardless of the number of sources. According to the firm, its patented approach and architecture deliver the 'right data to the right person at the right time', in just milliseconds, enabling enterprises to operationalize all their data, while reducing time-to-market from months to weeks.

New funding has been led by Forestay Capital, with participation from Genesis Partners. The investment will help K2View continue its focus on DataOps, an automated methodology, used by analytics and data teams, to improve the quality and reduce the cycle time of data analytics.

Achi Rotem (pictured), CEO and co-founder of K2View, comments: 'As we look to the next stage of our growth, our vision is to continue helping companies unlock their potential by providing a faster, better and more cost-effective way to access and control data. To achieve funding of this size in the midst of a worldwide pandemic further proves our business potential. Forestay Capital and Genesis Partners share our vision for the future and are natural partners in helping us accelerate our growth'.
