QuenchTec Launches Automated Video Analysis Offer

August 19 2020

MR technology company QuenchTec has launched an automated video analysis offer via an integration with Medallia's video feedback platform LivingLens.

Bjorn GronliAcquired by Medallia earlier this year, LivingLens captures video on a daily basis and analyses speech and sentiment to offer clients insight into the feelings and needs of their customers and employees. Through the integration with QuenchTec's automated survey platform, users of the latter will gain access to Medallia's automatied video analysis capabilities.

Clients will be able to capture video feedback content from surveys, or upload existing video content, and using AI-powered analysis, they can mine speech, emotion, and context data, to extract insights which are then fully integrated with the rest of the survey data.

Bjorn Gronli (pictured), Head of Solutions, comments: 'We have seen a sharp increase in requests from our clients for automated video analysis capabilities which are integrated with the survey platform. As a result, we have created a user-interface that all our survey users can utilise, enabling them to take advantage of all the features offered by LivingLens'.
