CleverTap Names Chief Customer Success Officer

AI-powered customer lifecycle and user retention platform CleverTap has appointed former Sprinklr exec Abhishek Gupta as Chief Customer Success Officer, based in India.

Abhishek GuptaThe company has offices in San Francisco, Seattle, London, Singapore and Mumbai, and offers an engagement suite allowing brands to convert, engage, retain and grow their mobile user base, aided by machine learning and behavioral analytics. Last year, the firm completed a $35m Series C funding round, which it is using to grow a new US-based engineering hub, add enhanced predictive capabilities, and drive a global market expansion strategy.

Gupta (pictured) joins from customer experience management company Sprinklr, where he led the Customer Success and Professional Services teams in Asia, helping clients with digital transformation across marketing, advertising, research, care and engagement. Prior to this he held COO roles at enterprise software platform Ignite Technologies; system development platform Gensym; and tech-powered business services group Trilogy, having begun his career as a Research Engineer at the Centre for Development of Telematics.
