NOP Names Leaders for New Health Divisions

NOP World Health has named Keith Loehlein, Maureen McLaughlin and Sue Ramspacher to head its three new practice areas - Assessment and Tracking, Promotional Effectiveness and Consumer as Patient.

Loehlein becomes Senior Vice President, Assessment and Tracking, an area which includes NOP World Health's Therapeutic Class Studies on 50+ disease states, as well as the company's new market event research.

He has 22 years of pharmaceutical experience, most recently as VP in strategic planning at SureScripts, and previously managing the development, analysis, applications and sales of patient-level services at both HCMR (a joint venture of Pfizer and CVS) and Synergy (now Verispan). He spent five years as a Marketing Director and later as a National Business Director at IMS Health, where he directed the development of Xponent PlanTrak(TM), the physician-level managed care tool now used by the majority of pharmaceutical sales forces.

McLaughlin becomes Senior Vice President, Promotional Effectiveness, which covers the ScripDriver(TM) productivity tool, in addition to NOP World Health's promotional testing, message recall and sales optimization services.

She joins from Solucient, LLC, where she was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Pharmaceutical Business Unit, playing a leading role in developing the first real-time, syndicated, in-patient clinical drug service. She was previously Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Clinmark, LLC and held several Group Director level positions at IMS Health.

Ramspacher will lead the Consumer as Patient practice, which includes DTC Monitor(TM), the DTC advertising tracking and assessment tool, and which will now work closely with NOP World Consumer and Mediamark Research Inc., to adapt established segmentation and media models to the pharmaceutical industry.

Prior to joining NOP World Health, she was Vice President, Client Relations at Barnett International/Parexel. She also worked at IMS Health at Group Director level, managing and co-ordinating strategic business planning for its market information product lines. Earlier in her career she worked client side for Cytogen Corporation and TEVA Pharmaceutical.
