Platform One Combines XM and Community Tools

UK-based customer feedback specialist Platform One has combined its insight community and experience management tools into a single application called 'Vision', to help clients identify and recruit community members based on experience touchpoints.

Jon GumbrellLaunched in 2015 by iD Factor founder Jon Gumbrell (pictured), Hall & Partners founder Mike Hall and survey software specialist Askia, the platform collects qual, quant and multimedia feedback from an online community or member-based panel, and displays it in real-time via a dashboard tool.

Available as separate offerings or fully integrated, the new Vision hub can be used for ad hoc insight community projects and continuous experience management data, providing instant access to data and trends via a suite of smart charting and crosstab tools.

Commenting on the move, Gumbrell said: 'As we continue to enhance the DIY capabilities of our platform, we can significantly reduce the cost barrier that adding a service wrapper to a platform traditionally brings, and doing so open up a market that simply wasn't viable before'.
