Chorus.ai Launches Real-Time Zoom Analysis App

San Francisco-based 'conversation intelligence' platform Chorus.ai has partnered with video calls firm Zoom to launch an app called Zoom Zapp, promising to deliver real-time 'relationship intelligence' in meetings.

Chorus.ai, which also has offices in Tel Aviv, Toronto and Boston, was set up to help clients understand what influences conversation outcomes, and influence them. Back in July, the firm raised $45m in a Series C round of funding, which it is using to expand its go-to-market team and invest in product innovation.

The company has now launched Zapp, which it says will transform how revenue teams interact in real-time with customers. Using the app, information about the Zoom client can be delivered before a meeting begins; while call moments can be time-stamped or colleagues tagged to answer a question or review a call moment to help understand the voice of the customer. In addition, moments can be bookmarked to enable follow-up, and this, combined with Chorus' real-time transcription and analysis, can provide revenue professionals with the data needed to send recaps as soon as a meeting concludes.
