Quality Appointment for ORC International

ORC International has announced the appointment of Clare Warren as Quality Manager,
following work in similar roles at TRBI and TNS.

Warren spent five years as data preparation manager at The Research Business International (TRBI), where she set up a data preparation unit, writing all quality procedures to ensure that editing, coding and data entry were carried out to ISO 9001 and BS 7911 (MRQSA) standards, and then moved to TNS as Services Manager, implementing guidance on quality and legal issues.

She began her MR career in 1994 at Insight Medical Research, becoming a coder at Gordon Simmons Research and then the coding manager at IFF Research, followed by field operations manager at Focus on Research.
