Data Analyst DX Marketing Sold

DX Marketing (DXM), a marketing agency providing access to enterprise-level data and analytics, has been acquired by Vision Integrated Graphics Group, which focuses on data-driven, omni-channel marketing solutions. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Ray OwensGreenville, SC and Savannah, GA-based DXM uses consumer insights to inform business strategy and provide a quantifiable ROI on marketing spend. The firm's proprietary methodologies include segmentation, market potential analysis, consumer engagement, acquisition, engagement and retention, and ROI measurement services.

According to Vision, DXM's team and data-driven offerings will enhance its own offer, focused on customer acquisition and engagement; while adding to Vision's 2019 takeover of SourceLink, whose analytics experts use an in-house database and customer intelligence tools to profile and segment clients and prospects. As part of the latest deal, DXM founder, Ray Owens (pictured), who sits on Oracle's Global Data Leaders, and Data Cloud DMP Customer Advisory Boards, will help further evolve Vision's existing data-driven service offerings.

Vision CEO Brad Moore says DXM's 'talented team, marketing technology platform, and proven one-to-one targeting' make it 'the perfect addition to our data-driven organization'.
