Promotions Follow Opening of US Call Center

Three promotions are announced at fast-growing Little Rock-based agency Flake-Wilkerson Market Insights LLC, following the opening in February of its new 'Midwest' call center and other recent appointments.

Kenneth Finney becomes Site Director of Flake-Wilkerson Market Insights Midwest, with responsibility for overall operation of the new Qwest Customer Transaction Study Center, which will be conducting customer satisfaction research for major telecoms company Qwest Communications. Finney has over 20 years experience in MR and was previously an IT Manager within Flake-Wilkerson.

Along with Finney's promotion, Scott Johnson has also been promoted to MIS Manager and Andrew Turnbull to Human Resource Manager. Johnson has been with Flake-Wilkerson for the past six years and was previously the MIS Manager for the corporate office in West Little Rock. Turnbull was previously the Call Center Client Manager for the corporate office in West Little Rock.

In March, Flake Wilkerson made two major appointments, Donna Kantak as Vice President - Client Partnerships and Farrell Wilson as Corporate Technology Architect.
