Insightly Adds Segmentation and Testing Tools

In San Francisco, customer relationship management (CRM) specialist Insightly has added a number of features to its Insightly Marketing platform, including tools for list segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing, and marketing analytics.

Anthony SmithNew features include an AI-driven solution for prospect grading and scoring, to determine how demographically close prospects are to the 'ideal customer profile'. List segmentation enables users to create targeted lists based on any combination of marketing activities; while the A/B and multivariate testing tools use statistically relevant sample sizes to test creative and comms. Analytics features are built around prospects' behavior and preferences and help track and log all interactions along the customer journey.
