Jornaya Adds Shopping Identifiers to 'Activate' Tool

November 23 2020

Behavioral data intelligence company Jornaya has updated its flagship Activate solution, with the addition of consumer behavioral data and insights to help marketers identify who is activity shopping, at what time of day, and how frequently they are spending.

Ross ShankenJornaya uses data on 400 million consumer purchase journeys each month to help companies retain and grow relationships with existing customers, and find new ones. Its Activate platform delivers data and insights on US-based consumers' daily in-market behavior.

The new additions helps users understand which of their customers are in-market, and then align their messages with the appropriate stage of the customer journey, with no personally identifiable information. It can also be used to upload and encrypt customer and / or prospect lists, select multiple shopping journeys, and choose behavioral data points.

Founder and CEO Ross Shanken (pictured) comments: 'Marketers know it's essential to understand exactly where their customers and prospects are in their buying journey to engage them with the right message at the right time. Activate helps brands advance their marketing intelligence by providing the most insightful and actionable view of their customers' and prospects' shopping behavior. This eliminates over-marketing to consumers who aren't ready to hear from your company, and improves acquisition, retention, and cross-sell capabilities'.
