Modest of Mayfair: CfMC Expands and Recruits for London Office

April 21 2004

Two years after launching its European HQ in London, San Francisco based software supplier CfMC (Computers for Marketing Corporation) has appointed two new team members, including the BMRA's former Marketing Manager, and relocated to 'modestly larger' premises in Berkeley Square.

CfMC was founded in the '60s and supplies research firms like Maritz and ORC International, as well as The Gallup Organisation, which recently selected its WebCATI system to conduct a face-to-face multi-country Eurobarometer survey. The new CfMC offices are at 23 Berkeley Square and offer various meeting and training rooms with videoconferencing capability.

Stephen Hughes, previously Marketing Manager of the BMRA (British Market Research Association) is the new Commercial Director and will head up further growth and daily operations of the company's overall European operations. Described as an affable Scotsman, Hughes spent 3 years at the BMRA, and says he is 'looking forward to establishing the CfMC brand as strongly here in Europe as it already is in the USA'.

The company has also appointed Danielé Pizzocchero as Lead Technical Support Representative for the European operation.

CfMC's web site is at www.cfmc.com
