InsightsNow Opens Innovation Center

January 8 2021

US-based behavioral research firm InsightsNow has opened an Innovation Center, through which users can access the latest insights regarding changing consumer behavior and methods for tracking it.

Dave LundahlInsightsNow uses custom solutions and DIY tools based on proprietary behavioral frameworks to support clients' marketing, branding, and product development decisions. The firm's new Innovation Center offers a range of tools, along with access to consumer reports, proprietary behavioral scores, and research methods, to help clients design and redesign consumer products and messaging.

Within this, users can use the 'Scoring Center' to mine InsightsNow's proprietary scoring database of consumers' implicit responses to food, beverage and supplement ingredients; and design and launch custom studies using the company's proprietary methodologies. Meanwhile the 'Testing Center' provides a DIY interface through which users can design and launch new concept, product, or message testing projects 'in minutes'.

CEO and founder Dave Lundahl (pictured) comments: 'The Innovation Center furthers our mission to support the CPG industry by raising the bar in marketing and consumer research through this innovative portal that yields faster, better insights that inspire, guide and foster innovation for a cleaner, healthier and happier world. Users such as innovation, product development and marketing professionals can quickly create insights through our learning, scoring and testing centers to know how to nudge and disrupt consumers for faster, more informed decisions'.
