SurveyMonkey and ServiceNow in Workflow Data Deal

January 14 2021

DIY research software firm SurveyMonkey has integrated with workflow management specialist ServiceNow, to allow enterprises to collect and react to feedback from issues such as employee onboarding, IT service requests, and online customer service.

Tom Hale and Marcus TorresServiceNow's platform connects people, functions and systems across an organization, and the SurveyMonkey integration promises client firms data-driven stakeholder insights through which to improve employee engagement, build customer relationships and drive business growth. ServiceNow's IntegrationHub will enable AI-powered analysis, advanced segmentation capabilities, contextual targeting, and omni-channel feedback collection, so that workflows can ultimately streamline how people work.

Customers can share feedback through multiple channels at all stages of their journey, to track and improve satisfaction; and the system makes it possible to collect feedback from employees in one place, so that companies can take action to boost employee engagement, happiness and retention. In addition, the integration can be used to automatically track, manage and resolve 'inefficiencies', by channeling direct stakeholder feedback into a client system.

Tom Hale, President of SurveyMonkey, says the deal will better equip organizations to collect feedback, so they can take action at a moment's notice to improve operations. Marcus Torres, VP of Product Management, Platform Business and Foundation at ServiceNow, adds: 'Organizations can now connect ServiceNow's customer, employee and IT workflows to SurveyMonkey in minutes with no code. This provides them the power to easily and quickly collect insights to help retain, engage and satisfy customers and employees throughout their user journeys'.
