Directions Rolls Out 'Xcelerant' Omnibus Solutions

In the US, Directions Research has launched a suite of technology-driven omnibus survey solutions called Xcelerant, which it says will enable teams to get answers to their questions from real people worldwide, with results available in as little as 24 hours.

Ed PetroneCincinnati-based Directions and its SEEK Company division specialize in innovation and optimization, brand and customer experience, business Intelligence, brand strategy, and storytelling and visualization. The new Xcelerant suite is led by VP Client Service Ed Petrone (pictured), who joined recently after more than fifteen years at marcoms group Engine (formerly ORC International), where he developed omnibus solutions. This included working as Sales Director of the group's online omnibus CARAVAN.
