Social Media Analysis Launch for Realise Unlimited

In the UK, data science and analytics consultancy Realise Unlimited has launched a method to help develop a deeper understanding of customers through their social media data.

Stephen WelchPart of marketing services business The Unlimited Group, and previously known as Model Citizens, Realise Unlimited specialises in helping organisations understand more about their customers. The new solution uses sentiment analysis and NLP techniques (natural language processing) to uncover audience motivations and behaviour. Clustering and psychographic profiling is then used to unlock hidden personality traits that can be linked to common behaviour within the same customer type.

Commenting on the launch, MD Stephen Welch (pictured) says: 'Psychologists have long sought to gain insight into human psychology by exploring the language people use. Realise's data science approach offers a robust route to leverage unstructured and social data that many organisations already have at their fingertips, enhancing strategies with an injection of personality'.
