J.D. Power Launches Auto Insurance Loyalty Tracker

Automotive industry research giant J.D. Power has launched a solution providing daily metrics on auto insurance customer shopping activity, by brand.

Kyle SchmittAccording to the firm, the new Auto Insurance Loyalty Indicator & Shopping Trends (LIST) offers the industry's 'most current, comprehensive view' of auto insurance customer shopping behavior at the national and state level. Auto Insurance LIST delivers daily data and monthly trends in shopping behavior across the top 25 auto insurance providers. The solution tracks a range of metrics developed by the company's Insurance Intelligence team to uncover where brands are winning and losing customers, primary drivers of shopping behavior, and detailed shopper profiles. Underlying data for the solution is drawn from daily surveys of 500 to 1,000 auto insurance customers sourced from SurveyMonkey.
