Reprise Hires First Chief AI Officer

Interpublic's performance marketing network Reprise has hired former Sentiance exec Vincent Spruyt as Chief AI Officer, to lead its new AI group and the agency's established team of Analytics executives. He will be based in Brussels.

Vincent SpruytNew York-based Reprise offers a suite of customer-centric performance marketing services including, strategy, SEO, paid search, social media, eCommerce and creative. Spruyt (pictured) joins from data science and behavior change company Sentiance, where he served as Chief Innovation Officer, shaping the firm's AI strategy and long-term vision on innovation and product. Earlier, he was the firm's VP Chief Data Scientist, leading the application of machine learning methods for context modeling, and behavioral profiling based on mobile sensor data. He has a PhD in Computer Vision and Machine Learning from the University of Ghent, Belgium.

Under Spruyt's leadership, Reprise will develop new tools and approaches that use AI techniques to help clients optimize their media budgets, streamline their customer experience, and develop their customer journey-related content. The team will also develop new AI solutions for Reprise Commerce, the company's dedicated eCommerce group.
