Captello Launches Survey Feature in WeChat

In the US, cloud-based marketing solutions provider Captello has launched new tools for clients to capture survey and lead data from people using social media messaging and payment app WeChat.

Brad FroeseCaptello is used by trade show coordinators, retail and event marketers to send qualified leads to CRM and marketing automation platforms. As part of the launch, Custom codes generated inside the Captello QR Code Builder can now be scanned inside WeChat, which now has more than one billion monthly active users. This enables the launch of data capture forms for surveys, leads and games as part of ongoing communications, live events, or marketing campaigns.

Captello's QR Code Designer allows users to create brand specific QR codes for any URL with custom colors, design elements and company branding. QR codes can be distributed digitally or physically, then used to open web pages or forms, initiate the download of documentation, and launch activations and interactive game experiences, all inside WeChat on personal devices.
