OfficeReports Unveils Intelligo PowerPoint Integration

April 19 2021

Survey reporting automation specialist OfficeReports has launched a solution called 'Intelligo', offering an Excel compatible workbook panel inside PowerPoint. Users no longer need to open Excel separately and don't have to toggle back and forth between their data tables and slides.

Torben Laustsen and Fred BalkenendeOfficeReports was launched in Copenhagen in June 2013 by Torben Laustsen and Fred Balkenende, the creators of data collection survey software tool TricTrac. The company's suite of products includes Presento, a ribbon tab in PowerPoint to speed up the creation of slides for reporting on aggregate data; and Calculo, a ribbon tab in Excel that facilitates the analysis of raw data.

The new Intelligo solution allows for single screen selection of data and variables to be used for reporting charts, while removing the manual steps between Excel and PowerPoint and speeding up the reporting process. Users can create multiple slides in a single step, and copy them along with their associated tables, then edit variables to automatically update all the slides. It also offers templates through which users can create a library of commonly used slide templates and charts in PowerPoint, and then define a crosstab and instantly populate the selected chart. Users can update existing presentations with new or changed data or create custom slides.

Laustsen comments: 'When you have the Excel workbook data right in front of you, you can easily select the data you want for your reports and see it visualized instantly on your slides. You can now do everything from one program - PowerPoint - which makes the whole process faster and more efficient'.
