Aha! Debuts ClientStream Focus Group Observation Tool

In the US, online qual research platform Aha! has launched a tool called ClientStream, through which brand and corporate insights teams can observe live focus groups and IDIs without having to download Zoom or other software on to their desktops.

Ray FischerAha! allows users to create and run fully customizable qual studies, and evaluate ideas and communications such as TV ads, print and digital messages, as well as new products. The firm's ad / concept testing feature TruRotation uses a proprietary algorithm to rotate concept ideas for qual/quant testing in consumer and B2B studies.

ClientStream's latest solution expands the capabilities of the company's Live Conversations custom research tool which includes a client backroom, live chat, auto-scheduling, alerts, transcription, tech checks and human monitoring. CEO Ray Fischer (pictured) comments: 'Many corporations have a policy against downloading third party software to work computers. This restriction makes it difficult to impossible for client observers to watch live focus groups or IDIs from their work devices. Our solution eliminates the need to involve the organization's tech ops people and overcomes any corporate policy issues'.
