Integer Group Launches Growth Sciences Practice

Omnicom-owned agency The Integer Group has launched a Growth Sciences practice, led by former IBM exec Eamon Boyle as Senior Vice President of Growth Sciences.

Eamon BoyleThe group's core capabilities include retail experience design, retail marketing, eCommerce and social media commerce, brand communications and activation. The firm says its new Growth Sciences practice is powered by a combination of 'data, tech and talent', coupled with a suite of analytics applications. The practice is driven by a proprietary data engine, launched in partnership with Omnicom Commerce Group, which anticipates, predicts and shapes shopper behavior and outcomes.

Boyle (pictured) is an analytics, data strategy and measurement professional with more than fifteen years of experience in consulting and agency roles, having previously led analytics departments at JWT, the Martin Agency, Havas and Assembly Media. Most recently at IBM he served as Associate Partner for Cognitive, Analytics & AI for the Media, Entertainment and Telco Sector. His background includes data mining, insights, predictive modeling, forecasting, data visualization, and the connecting of structured and unstructured data. In 2018, Boyle worked with University of Technology Sydney in Australia to develop a 'Data Arena' to visualize media and medical data in 3-D.

In his new role, Boyle will report Scott Hauman, who was recently promoted to Chief Innovation Officer, and his team will also include Heidi Bailey, VP of Futures and AI, and Sean Narog, Director of Data & Analytics.
