Qualtrics Debuts Tool for Automated Employee Insights

Experience management platform Qualtrics has launched a tool called Spotlight Insights, offering HR teams automated real-time collection and analysis of feedback from employees.

Julia AnasSAP-owned Qualtrics provides solutions for clients to continually assess and improve the four 'core experiences': CustomerXM, EmployeeXM; ProductXM, and BrandXM. The new Spotlight Insights solution automatically analyzes and filters feedback data to identify areas for improvement, and then recommends where actions can be taken to enhance the employee experience.

To counter the problem of time spent by HR leaders sorting through 'vast' quantities of employee feedback data, then having to spend 'weeks' analyzing it, the firm says Spotlight Insights can be used to automatically determine where they should focus efforts to create a better experience for their workforce. This includes providing answers to questions related to increases or drops in employee engagement, differences in gender groups, or perception gaps between high performers and others.
