Chorus.ai Adds 'Pipeline' Deal Overview Feature

June 29 2021

San Francisco-based conversation intelligence platform Chorus.ai has expanded its Momentum suite of products, which helps users identify revenue growth opportunities and risks.

Jim BentonThe Momentum suite gives clients an overview of 'all' customer engagement across every opportunity in the deal pipeline, helping to spot opportunities and risks. The new Momentum Pipeline feature uses AI to add a holistic summary of each deal pipeline in real time for revenue leaders and frontline managers, while still allowing them to drill down into individual accounts for detailed relationship intelligence.

The enhanced features, all accessible within the CRM system, also allow forecasting with 'an unprecedented level of accuracy and confidence', according to the company.

CEO Jim Benton, appointed last year, comments: 'Extending our vision of the Momentum suite to include a summary of deal pipeline enables Revenue leaders to quickly understand the individual opportunities with high engagement and those at risk. Momentum is the first purpose-built solution to enable managers to quickly and precisely pinpoint the relationships that need their attention based on AI-driven signals like 'wow' moments or when a competitor comes up. They can then instantly drill into the specific moments behind those interactions for coaching and forecasting purposes'.

Chorus was founded in 2015 and has additional offices in Tel Aviv, Boston, Toronto, and Salt Lake City. Following a $45m Series C round of funding last July, the company has launched new analytics features for Customer relationships and real-time analytics during Zoom meetings.
